At MUEVO, we value your privacy. For this reason, most of the information that is available on our website can be accessed freely, without requiring any of your personal data.

We may occasionally ask you to provide details like your full name, title, organisation and contact information through designated contact, participation or subscription forms that can be filled on our Website on a voluntary basis. We also collect personal data that is freely or voluntarily sent to our company and its professionals by data subjects via e-mail or other forms of professional networking (e.g. exchange of business cards, social media, etc).

Through its basic functioning, our Website may also collect personal data that is automatically transmitted via internet communications, such as IP addresses, URI addresses, and other pieces of information that can be used to identify users.

The information collected will be available to the employees and collaborators of MUEVO in charge of data processing. Unless otherwise instructed by the data subject per se, it will be stored on our system for as long as a data subject’s relationship with MUEVO remains active. In alternative cases, we will retain the data for a maximum period of three years, after which all information shall be deleted from our contact list. Note that we routinely update our database, performing systematic checks at least once per year.
